Returns


Return Process

Orders can be returned up to 30 days after purchase. To simplify the process we do not offer exchanges - rather we give you an account credit so that you can pick out your new item. All orders ship free so you don't pay for shipping on the second order thus making this an easier process. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Gift Cards cannot be returned. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is not returnable. 

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be issued an in-store account credit that can be used on your next purchase. We do not do cash/credit refunds but only in store credit.

Sale Items

Sale items cannot be returned. "Mystery Items", "Surpise Items", and "Grab Bag" are to be considered sale items.

***If you return your item to the store it will have to be sent to the warehouse for processing and thus you will not get an instant refund. We recommend mailing all returns for faster processing. Most items ship via First Class Mail for less than $4.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless it is defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
