Do we offer refunds?

We do not offer exchanges or cash/credit refunds. To make it easy, once we receive your return, we inspect it and issue an account credit to be used on your next purchase. If you return an item purchased with Sezzle we will give you store credit. We do not return or cancel Sezzle orders. You will still be responsible for paying your Sezzle payments.

 

Are returns free?

Unless the item is defective, you are responsible for paying for return shipping costs. If you are shipping an item over $75, it may be best to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. You may also return your item to our local retail location for no cost and receive an in-store credit.

 

What items can be returned?

You can return any items purchased in the last 30 days that are unused and in original condition.

 

What items can't be returned?

You cannot return items that were purchased over 30 days ago, any sale items, grab bag items, damaged items not due to our error, or promotional items.
