Orders can be returned up to 30 days after purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t accept your return. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Gift Cards cannot be returned. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is not returnable.
To simplify the process we do not offer exchanges - rather we give you an account credit so that you can pick out your new item. All orders ship free so you don't pay for shipping on the second order thus making this an easier process.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned and will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, then you will be issued an in-store account credit that can be used on your next purchase. We do not do cash/credit refunds but only in store credit.

Disclaimer - If you return your item to the store it will have to be sent to the warehouse for processing and thus you will not get an instant refund. We recommend mailing all returns for faster processing. Most items ship via First Class Mail for less than $4.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless it is defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
